Well, she found my (our) dad. They haven't spoken since she was 17 years old. There was a big falling out because she got pregnant and married at 17, and she and her mom never told my dad, and he continued to pay child support. He and my mom were struggling and trying to raise a new baby (me). He wasn't even so upset about the child support as he was being lied to. But I digress.
I've tried many times to look for her, but I never knew her current last name. Thanks to the wonders of Facebook, she found my dad. She asked about me. She didn't even know about my (our) brother. I know my dad and brother are hers too, but I can't help but feel they are **mine** first.
Dad and I had a long talk last night. He was totally blown away by her email. Eventually our talk turned to kink. He and my mom have discussed my lifestyle, and he tried to reassure her that kinky people aren't evil and twisted and sick (well, okay, some of us are, but you know what I mean 😉 ).
Anyway, I really wanted to share that with my friends, and I really can't do it on Facebook, since she can now see it. Not to mention that my dad hasn't told my brother yet, so I don't want him to see it either. This is all so surreal. I've always wondered if I'd ever meet her. Turns out I probably will.
