damn damn damn.
I tend to not worry about money. I paid my rent to my roommate yesterday and I saw that after he cashes the check I will have around $250 in the bank. turns out that nobody will hire me. I don't blame them, though. the main problem I have with applying for a job that I'm actually qualified for is that I won't be in the county for very long. pretty soon, I am going to be moving away to Johnson City, TN to begin the next chapter of my life, and until that time happens, I have to stretch my money. I can't bring myself to lie about my address or my future plans when I know that soon I will be gone.
I do have two contingency plans!
the main thing that assured me enough income to sustain my rent and expenditures and especially NEST is my Jeep that I have yet to sell. this thing is a monster. a real beauty too. the best of both worlds. a 1979 CJ5 Roadster with a soft top and a fiberglass body. she was my first car and I'll never forget her, but it wouldn't be possible to get the jeep to my new home so I decided to sell it. so far nobody has bitten. but I will get sell it and make a pretty penny.
my other plan is graduation money. yeah, I hate having to rely on gifts to sustain myself, but until I am in a place that I am going to stay for a while, I can't get a job. so I am going to be OK. I always have a backup plan ready to go, but just to make it easier...
anyone want to buy a hot rod for $2000?
