You don't understand your beauty and you never will. Let's just face that right now. However. So many of us love you, Cassi. All of you. And you know that line about "personality shining through everything"?? That completely applies to you. ON TOP of the incredible body you've got, you also bless us with your personality. Baby, I've explored every inch of you and loved every single curvature. The guys that go only on first physical appearance and nothing more are the ones to avoid. You and I both know this.

Carving yourself like a pumpkin isn't going to help - look at all the rich and famous "beautiful" people who feel the need for plastic surgery and yet, they still remain unsatisfied. You're truly beautiful, inside and out. Don't look at the surface my sister... look beyond. Smile and let it all shine 🙂

You'll continue fighting this, because you are fighting yourself and your mind, not a scale or a number. It won't be until you decide you are okay with you that it will make the difference. Numbers are for CPA's and scoreboards. Loving Cassi for Cassi is where the magic is at. We all love you, love the way you look, love the way you treat us, and love what you bring to the table through your role in our lives. There is no small pant size, exercise routine, or carving that will ever replace what you as a person bring into our lives everyday.

Imagine yourself without a mirror. You only see through your eyes, right out of the shell out at the world before you and you accept your place and you go about your business on earth. It's how we all see you in return. We look through your eyes right into you and see Cassi. We don't see you lost 5 pounds today and those jeans fit loosely. We don't see you gained 5 pounds and they feel a little snug. We feel that warmth that comes from that big goofy smile you give and the love you return in your hugs and the laughs you bring. It's all that matters.

Go back to that myspace page and look at that great looking guy again and imagine he hits his girlfriend, or he hates kids, or he's cheated on every girl he's ever been with. He still desirable? No, not really. And that's what it boils down to. Once you shed that one very simple characteristic, all that matters is who the person is at the core. Your core is as good as they come babygirl. Be you, have fun, be comfortable in your skin. P.S. I will be nom nomming you in 5 weeks. 😉 <3333333333

D'aww, you don't look fat to me, Cassi. Muscular yes, but not fat. And like Krazie Jay said, you're awesome no matter how you look! So even if you were what society deems as "fat", it still wouldn't matter. I go through those days where I hate the way my body looks, as well. But I try to shrug it off and focus on the positive sides of me instead of the parts I think could be improved. 🙂 I just think it's disgusting how American culture puts these ridiculously high standards of beauty on the women of our society. Those stick-thin fashion runway models...not healthy. Those airbrushed ladies on the front of magazines...not real. Beauty does eventually fade, but a sweet, bubbly, positive personality and attitude is eternal.

....and all that glitters is not gold.....is talking about perceptions, the truth, and what we make of them. I, having had the pleasure of your company on several occasions, just happen to agree with all that was said in the posts above mine. Read those again, Cassi. Read them again and understand that your real beauty and love come from real friends like these. You can trust their judgement because they ask nothing from you but the same acceptance that you give to them. Simply put Cassi, to us you are beautiful.

Cassi when I read this blog I was so surprised, girl ... I don't see a thing wrong with you.. looks wise OR personality wise... and that's saying something. You are absolutely gorgeous. If you ever need to talk I'm here ... and I can't wait to see you in November! 🙂
