Soo.., I went to the resturant today, and talked to Maria, for about.. 3 hours. She told me that her "guy friend" has been bragging about all the women he supposedly dates, while.. using her.. when he wants.
I told her that I want to take her out on a date, so we can talk like normal people. She said something like "I don't want to go out with you, to rant to you about all my issues". The thing is.. she seems stuck. I told her.. to tell this guy she's done with him.. and has another man she's going with.. but she seems unwilling to do this.
She began asking me more.. about the "Chatroom" I belong to. I was like "Come up to my apartment, and I'll show it to you". I know that if I do finally get her to dump the jerk who she has these problems with, and be with me, several things will happen. She has trust issues, which is one problem. The other thing is.. I'd fear that if she does join the forum.. she would be subjected to not only the things girls are on here.. but.. if she and I are serious.. she would get other backlash because she's Mitch's gf, knowing how some people feel about me on this forum. I hope that any who have negative feelings about me, wouldn't subject her to bad treatment just because she would be my gf. .
After I confessed my foot fetish to her, the guys at the Wu's Foot Forum were all like "Mitch, she has you in the friend zone, yada". Er.. She doesn't want to have me in the friend zone. From what she tells me.. she's afraid of being with me, and messing things up.
I bluntly asked her today if she's balking because I have a foot fetish, and she said no. I just cant bring myself to ask her about being ticklish yet, because I don't want to put her off even more. I figure if we do start dating seriously.. I'll somehow causally bring up about her feet being ticklish, etc. More important now, is to get her to get out of this rut she seems to be in.
She thinks that moving to the other restaurant her company has in Brooklyn will be the magic potion for her problems. I told her the problems with that. If she doesn't get rid of the asshole whose treating her so badly, it will accomplish nothing., Two, she admitted she'll think about me more being off scene. I told her "Say the word, and we move forward with this, with the only condition being you have to tell jerkoff to go to hell".
So that's where I stand. I'm not going back there until next week.
