Now before I go further in this blog, I'm going to point out my discovery from this last weekend: If you get a packed bar, that doesn't card me I might add, and you fill it with a very diverse collection of people, and then get you and your buddies to sing "Let Her Cry" by Hootie and the Blowfish for kareoke, that entire place is going to be singing along with you. And that kicks mucho ass. Course then you have a depressing song stuck in your head for the next few days, but in the grand scheme of things, I do believe I'll live. And yes, you can bet your sweet ass that we were all completely tanked by this point in the evening.
So updates in the life o' Chris... not much to report. I'm home from school for the summer and I started working again this week. Gotta love working for a retail company that loves me and let's me just keep switching stores for when I'm home and out at school. Kinda sucks though cuz my friend is getting laid off because of a company restructure, but he is getting a very nice severence package from the company. Just kinda sucks to see a friend leave the workplace.
I looked at my post count and then the feather advancement thread and realized I'm like 5 posts away from the next title. Go me, but I guarantee something will keep me from posting five times. Don't know what, but it'll happen just cuz I'm cool like that.
Think that about does it for me this time in terms of superficial info... It's only 2:30 here so I'm not in my state of usual introspection where I realize "wow, this kinda totally sucks right now." I'm sure it'll come later, and it may spark another blog o' venting, but that be a bridge I'll cross when I get there.
Oh yeah! This goddamn cast is off a week from tomorrow. Fuck yeah!
