There was no actual "shooting with guns"
Yet, my trip into Manhattan this afternoon to get my Botox shots was certainly unique and eventful.
On the way to the subway station in my town, two cops were standing over a guy, who was sitting on the sidewalk, cuffed, with his hands behind his back.
Then, while riding from Queens into Manhattan on the subway, the subway car was completely silent, until, out of nowhere, a guy with a hoodie which completely covered his head, let out a blood curdling scream, for no reason. People were just glancing at this guy out of the corner of their eyes. At the next stop. I just got off the subway and went into another subway car, to get away from this character.
On the way back to Queens from Manhattan after my shots, the subway car I was sitting in was again completely silent, when suddenly this girl and guy started talking in such loud voices, they sounded like they were screaming, even though they were not fighting.
As for the shots themselves.
My Doctor told me that the lightheaded feelings and dizzy spells which I've had the last couple of weeks are a migraine. Yet, the Doctor also said that in his opinion the shots are working, While lightheaded and dizzy spells are not pleasant, they are still not as bad as the pounding migraines I got last time, or before I started taking these shots.
I hope to be able to wait for my next shot until early January, but the Dr said he will be around over the holidays, if my pain gets bad.
A rather, eventful day, to say the least.
