After my seizure on July 4, this has been a terrible week.
On both Monday night after dinner, and Wednesday morning during breakfast, I had two episodes of "The Uncontrollable Shakes"
On both occasions, a full cup of iced tea, ended up all over the floor.
I contacted my neurologist, and he reinstated and increased a calming medication I was on.
Thankfully, said medication has helped.
I've been taking it. The shakes have subsided.
Then,
My Dad had surgery on a torn tendon on Friday, Jule 9, and said he was recovering.,
He said he had to get out of bed for something. (My guess something personal, like what happens to elderly people sometimes that I wont get into for his personal reasons)
Yesterday, he said something about "Setting back the healing process on his foot"
Now this morning when he called , he said. "Mitch, my foot is "Terrible"
Its been five weeks since the surgery. I had thought he would have the foot coverings off within a couple of weeks
He admitted to setting such back, but my Dad, a man of few words, did not say. My guess is he's really upset and does not want to talk about it.
Sigh! I hope things improve soon.
I'm feeling better after having the shakes, so hopefully , my improvement will move on to him, even though I know that in reality it has no relevance.
