This poem was writen by my Mom shortly after she was diagnosed with cancer. Please tell me what you think of it. I hope she knows that she left that mark! It will be in my book!
Is there a day
In which I wake
that I can find peace
In my life?
Is there a day
I can touch the heart
of the ones
who will pass my way?
Is there a day
Whe I lay down to sleep
That I know
I have left my mark?
I think if you feel
Very deep in your soul
Someone will remember
your name.
Then you have made your dot
on lifes big map
And your day finds it's peace
In your heart at last.
