Real-life, inadvertent tickling is a personal favorite. This is a blog post of the ones that occasionally happen when aspiring nurses are practicing their head-to-toe assessments and find their patient ticklish during the test. It's especially cute when the examiner laughs in response, makes it easy to imagine that they're enjoying it.
