Have you ever been so exhausted that you can't sleep? That is me the last few days. I found out today from my doctor that I just might have the same arteral disease that my dad has. I have some blood work to take care of this week.
My doc thinks this is a possibility due to all the cramps in my legs. It is nothing severe right now. The doc gave me some meds and some
good advice. I will be heeding it.
My parents need me know more than ever. I have to be there you know? As I look at everything, BIG PICTURE, I realize my health is very important. My folks need me. My health is important so I can be there for them.
