Today begins the fourth month of my quitting smoking. You know, it really isn't all that hard. You just have to finally want to stop. The first two weeks can be a little bumpy but after that the cravings can be shaken off and dismissed with little effort. The craving comes less and less as time goes by. An added bonus for me is that I have been saving fifty to sixty dollars a week from not buying cigarettes, money that I will probably use now for gatherings and munches or maybe just save the money for later.
So....if I can shake a thirty year pack and a half a day habit I think anyone can who wishes to. Just make up your mind to quit and you will.
I'll still have my vodka though.......
