Drunk officer on duty hits & kills a motorcyclist and is yet to be arrested in Indianapolis? Really? What is there to investigate? 0.19 alcohol level, dead motorcyclist on the side of the road with a big dent in his car? Witnesses? yes! Including one of his fellow riders. I do not understand this at all.
