I won't dance..

Mostly because of my husband singing it to me while dancing with our christmas tree last year, so that I would laugh. I swear to god, I wish I had thought to get a video of it. It was the funniest thing ever.

Anyway, for once I am having a fantastic night. I have a dr's appt on wednesday.. hopefully I'll allowed to do my normal stuff again. 😀

You will be fine, I promise! When I had mine taken out it was easy, as it will be with you.

You are SO going to learn to love soup for the next week or so.

Good luck--but you don't need it. Praying for a quick and speedy recovery!

You won't have time to react because one second you'll be unconscious and the next you'll be waking up, feeling drunk, and drooling on yourself.

What both ladies said above me. There won't be time for panic. They'll administer gas or IV, and you'll be gone, period. 20 minutes later you'll wake up drooling on yourself with a shit ton of gauze in your mouth not feeling a damn thing. Your wife will take you home and you'll sleep most of the day away. You'll spend the rest of the week eating soup, or even better, milkshakes. USE A SPOON!! DO NOT try to contort your cheeks to use a straw. Might as well punch yourself in the nuts. :jester: And yes you'll be on the forum, cause you can't do anything else, and tv gets boring. You fiddle with the big holes in the back of your mouth incessantly with your tongue and you'll go back to work next week just fine. While "some" people deal with a lot of pain for a few days, most just fly right through it. What EVERY single person does is make it into something bigger then it is. I did too. You'll be fine Luke. 🙂
