I can blame "Danielle". How is it that I run into these people?
I give my laundry into the laundry service in my building, so I don't have to deal with the lugging up and down of wash.
I need to stay healthy this week, as it might be the difference between my taking/passing the exam, employment at Aflac, or not.
I get into the elevator, and am minding my own business, when as I'm going to get my laundry.. "Danielle", a clearly stuck up girl with an attitude, gets into the elevator. Brunette, long straight hair, hot.. She says..
"Hi, it's Danielle, I'm making an appearance at my father's birthday party for 5 minutes, then I'll meet you at the Zigfeld at 8". (Talking to someone on her cell phone)
Most important to me, is not how long she spends at her father's party, but.. that the bitch had a cold, and I was in an enclosed elevator.. the only other person there with this character!
Whatever her relationship with her father is.. is her business. If she wants to "Make an appearance at his party for 5 minutes", that isn't for me to judge, but why the fuck did I have to be in an enclosed elevator, with this girl, this week, when my test might mean the difference between the employment at Aflac, and being.. a cast away in the insurance business.
I seriously hope someone gets this brunette's soles between their fingers.
More important.. I hope "Danielle's" cold, doesn't affect how I feel for my exam. I've worked too hard for that.
