I'm married now.

My guy and I got married today. It wasn't anything elaborate and in fact we went with the easiest most unelaborate route we could go in P.A. We did what is called a self united marriage. Basically all you need is for you and your partner to sign the marriage license plus two witnesses. Then you return the paper back to the courthouse, so they can file it. We knew we didn't want some huge elaborate fluffy ceremony. We both felt it was a waste of money plus we're not religious. Seriously I watch Say Yes to the Dress for kicks. Nothing is really going to change about our relationship and the only reason we got married is because this country pretty much screws you over if you're a couple not married. We also did it, so I could be on his companies health insurance. So um yeah I'm married.
