Well, two more people were killed by a drunk driver going the wrong way. The drunk driver is a 19 year old girl. She is charged with 2 counts of intoxication manslaughter. Sha coukd get between 5 - 99 yrs to life. I don't know if this problem will ever go away. I guess as long as people can get their hands on alcohol, and get behind the wheel, more innocent people will get injured or killed.
