I was walking home earlier this afternoon from the main street in town , through a grassy area.
In this area, there are benches where people can sit.
Either sitting on one of those benches, or standing near one of them, I can;'t remember
There was a guy, talking on his cell phone.
The guy sounded like he was arguing with someone, and was yelling and or screaming at the top of his lungs about some kind of dispute. I'm not sure exactly what.
The people who were just trying to sit on the benches, and were trying to enjoy what was earlier today a sunny day.
This guy's unnecessary screaming seemed to annoy everyone nearby.
I was just passing through, and he was still screaming when I got out of range of the sound of his voice.
Whatever the Hell he was screaming about, was not so important so as to disrupt other people's enjoyment of a public area with benches to sit.
Very rude and inconsiderate of him.
