Ok, so on December 19th the Student's Union at my university is holding a masquerade. Since I'm pretty short on money now in Christmas times I've decided to use the suit and hat I wear for my drunken escapades, and go as a mafioso from the 1920's.
Of course, I'll have to buy some additional props, I just purchased a Sword-Cane which has yet to be delivered, but you can see a pic from the store below:
I'll also see if my old man, who works at the Academy of Music and Drama, can "borrow" a revolver or similar gun used by the students in theater plays and whatnot. But aaaanyways, I have ONE big problem left:
I don't know the mafia "lingo", damn it!
If anyone here knows any awesome mafia-related one-liners you think I could use, it would be greatly appreciated if you would share. I'd love to really immerse myself in the role! 😀
In other news... I got an interesting phone call the other day. It was at 3 or 4 am, but I was still up. Anyways, my cellphone starts ringing and I pick it up to answer. It was a hidden number, and I couldn't recognize the voice of the person on the other end, but he was definitely out of it!
"Dude, the party is EPIC! Why haven't you come yet?!?" the guy shouts in a really high-pitched voice. The sound was really bad and his voice was kinda echoing. Anyways, so I hear a door opening in the background, and someone yells: "Hey asshole this is not a party, you're in the staircase of an apartment complex. You've been keeping me awake for almost 20 minutes, GET THE HELL OUT!"
Whoever was on the phone with me yelps and clicks me. He didn't call again. Anyways, I'm just in awe, I shall aspire to do the exact same thing one day, but as far as I know I haven't even been close! 🙁
But time for the video of the day! 😀 Today I'll post a clip from this awesome DVD I just bought. It's a bunch of sketches from the golden days of this Swedish comedy group called "Killinggänget". It doesn't get much more random than this, enjoy!
