watched The Big Lebowski last night. I think you need to be around someone who has seen it before to really appreciate the humor. of course, I always thinks it's funny, and I'm not going to inundate this entry with quotes from the movie, but it is leading me to...
one of my favorite drinks! the White Russian. the Dude drinks them throughout the movie, but I don't have his sweet facial hair to catch the rest of the drink. Ii's not a milk moustache, we'll just call it the Liquor-Stache. it's not important. so I decided that I wanted to have one or five tonight so I went to the store and paid via check for my half and half. got some vodka and some Kahlua from Rosy's Wine and Spirits. went home and then went to the park to play some wiffle ball. turns out my friends are better at baseball that I am. which I expected. then we came back to the house and we played some Urban Wiffle Golf Dodgeball until it got dark. it's my friend's birthday so we asked if he wanted a cake. he didn't want one but he did get some cheap fruit pies that he let us know were, in his words, “awful.” but I did get to make him a white russian and I was glad to hear that he liked it.
so I beseech all of you. have a white russian. and not two Andrei Kirilenkos. Go Jazz!
