I just had an awesome time tonight. Nearly froze my ass off, but...
IT.
WAS.
AWESOME.
So last Saturday I met this guy named Jason, but all his friends call him Dutch so not to confuse him with my little brother, I'm going to call him Dutch. Anyway, if you read my other blog, then you know that we exchanged numbers. Since then we've been texting back and forth, just flirting away.
Tonight, he invited me to go and watch him play kickball. I didn't know people still played kickball. Last time I played was like in 6th grade. 😛 Anyway, a friend of his asked him to play, I'm guessing because one of their other teammates couldn't make it or something. So I did. We got there early and we talked for a little bit. Getting to know each other a little better.
Then I watched him play. His team did ok. It may have been the cold (it was freaking cold!!!) or something, but they ended up losing 4 to 7. They played for an hour. Thank god. 😛
Afterwards, we followed the team to a local bar. There were like no spots, but since we were going to be there for a short time, I parked behind another vehicle. I thought we'd be gone before the owner needed to leave. Boy, was I wrong! The bartenders called for whoever parked behind him to move their vehicle so I did. I apologized for the inconvenience, citing there were no places to park and I didn't mean to block him in. Instead of taking the apology in stride, the man proceeded to go in a tirade and insult me.
The drunken asshole called him a fucking moron, saying parking behind him was a bonehead move, which he would NEVER do. Sure, asshole, like you never made a mistake before. Hell, I should have called the cops and have him arrested for even setting on foot in his vehicle when he was clearly DRUNK. And you call me a moron.
Anyway it put a damper on my mood and since we were leaving anyways, I was ready to go home. Dutch and I said good night and parted ways. 🙂 The plans are for next time to do something indoors so we don't freeze our asses off. 😀
I'm looking forward to it. He's an awesome guy. I don't know where this will lead, but I'm enjoying myself and I'm taking it one step at a time. I'm in no rush. 🙂
