Plans change...

MTP is a go, but Bella's, unfortunately, will have to wait another year. Going to both is not financially feasible for me right now. I hoped it would be, but it's not.

My pocketbook was hit with an unexpected blow when my brother needed money so he wouldn't lose his car. He had gone to our parents, but they simply didn't have the money to loan him and I did. Right now he's up at Ripley, helping soldiers prepare for deployment, for a month and by time he turns, he will have earned enough to get caught back up on his bills. Yet I'm not sure if he'll be able to pay me back right away, which is why Bella's is out of the equation for me. 🙁

I'm somewhat disappointed that I won't be going to Bella's, but I am thankful that I changed my mind about MTP and decided to go. I'm already registered and all I have to worry about is getting my plane ticket. MTP will be my first gathering and I'm excited about going. I've put in my request for the necessary days off and I'm positive that my boss will give them to me since I so rarely request days off. I look forward to meeting everyone and experiencing my first gathering.

Sorry, slacker, you'll just have to pwn me next year.
