If I had just left moments sooner or later, i would have missed it. I'm walking up Queens Boulevard a little after the sun had just down. About 20 feet ahead of me are two girlfriends, or just two girlfriends, walking hand-in-hand, leisurely strolling by streetlight and moonlight.
All of a sudden, a rat darts out in front of them, and one of the girls freezes and eeks loudly! The other girl is laughing at this and gives her a couple of quick tickles (ala like a rat crawling all over her), running up her sides, once, and then again, both of which makes the girl squeal, squirm and flinch. They both laughed and continued strolling, enjoying the beautiful evening.
I swear this stuff follows me, my whole life.
