Four days has gone by now since I passed out of a seizure from aggravation, in front of my father's eyes. I haven't heard a word from him in more than 72 hours.
I saw my speech therapist, and shrink.. Beth, today
What a kind lady she is. While she said a part time job is a good idea, she was appalled at his constant carrying on about dead people, his vicious actions causing me to have a seizure, and his not even e-mailing to find out how I am.
I started to try and sell my art work today. Beth gave me some ideas of where else to go. Tomorrow, I follow her advice. Following her advice so far has helped my speech. Beth seems to be the only one in my real life who is truly concerned about Mitch.
I don't know if my father has plans with his other children for the upcoming Jewish New Year. As I stated before, I'm just going to benignly text him on Wednesday late in the day. Beth feels that if I was invited to a family dinner with my father and Cheryl's other children, I shouldn't go.
Most importantly: No word on the 100 man law firm yet. The law partner we know is an Orthodox Jew, so chances are if we don't hear something tomorrow, that would be it until next week.
My prayer for the Jewish New Year, and those who observe it, are good health and happiness for my family members, and friends, both real life, and forum, who I care for, and a positive turn business wise, so I can be financially independent, and free of my father. This week shows just how deep rooted his anger is against me, and just how unforgiving he is, in spite of his never wanting me to hold him accountable for his hurtful and vicious actions toward me.
