I find the following irritating.
---
Someone who has questionable moral character, yet uses religion as a means to judge others.
This person I am referring to will use her religious beliefs and background constantly when having a conversation. She'll describe in great detail how "Person X" is wrong because the Bible says this and the Bible says that.
In the same breath, they'll make a somewhat suggestive comment, tell a socially inappropriate joke, and use curse words when describing those same people she was criticizing for not being "holy" enough.
---
Am I wrong in this? Should I not expect someone who passes judgment based on their religious beliefs to have some semblance of tact or basic decency?
I am not a religious person by any stretch of the imagination, but I think this is either very superficial, or an example of what's wrong with modern religion.
