I had been fine for two months, from my last seizure on August 27, until last night.
Last night, it happened again.
Likely a mild seizure/blackout/convulsion.
I felt woozy, fell face down on the bed. (Luckily, as opposed to the hard wood floor) Convulsed, blacked out/passed out for a short time, got up, and felt very dizzy for a while.
After the last serious seizure in late August, my neurologist put me on a calming med. Along with my seizure meds.
It seemed to have worked. Not only did I not have a seizure/blackout /convulsion for two months, my speech has gotten better.
Without getting into details, as it is not necessary, let's just say that some things happened this week, that made me feel. sick, and thus, last night's incident.
I have to go see my neurologist on Monday. I will find out more then.
Aside from straining my back, I think from twisting the wrong way during the blackout, I feel..normal today, abit weak. I was able to go out, do chores, etc.
I'm going to rest this weekend, and then see Monday.
Hopefully this was just a minor incident, and after the Dr visit, I can get back on track.
Sigh! I guess when one has a medical condition like epilepsy, it can't be expected to go away, completely. Even if things do get "better"
As I always do with this, I'll roll with the punches, and hope this is an isolated incident.
