I can't sleep anymore.
My sleeping schedule is completely out of whack and I have no idea how to fix it. It is physically and mentally draining me right now. I just want to sleep and it's like my body won't let me.
I get tired at 10pm and then I'll wake up at 5:30am or 6:30am no matter what, and I can't ever go back to sleep no matter how hard I try. It's like once I'm up, I'm up.
I realize 10pm-6am is 8 hours ... but it's never a constant sleep. I wake up just about every hour of the night, I have to re-adjust because I'm either too hot or too cold, and then I'll wake up with a horrible headache. It's getting extremely annoying.
Tonight I must of passed out at around 8:45pm... so now of course I am up at 2am writing this blog because I can't go back to sleep for the life of me.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I just want to get a nice sleep so I can be fully functioning. It is not that 8 hours isn't enough for me, I mean that's the recommended amount of sleep. It is the waking up every hour and taking about 10 to 15 minutes to fall back asleep. For once I just want to wake up, look at the clock, and NOT see 2am, 3am, 4am, etc ...
I want to be able to go to bed at 10pm or 11pm and wake up at around 10am ... is that too much to ask? 😡
