I, like, never go out. Ever. I've always been a homebody. I've just never been one to go out. Probably because in crowds people tend to annoy me.
But I had fun. I've yet again proven to myself wrong and I'm glad.
I had thought I wouldn't have fun at my class reunion this past summer, but I did. And I thought Saturday night that I wouldn't really have fun at the bar, but I did.
The bar was hosting a costume contest for Halloween so I went as a hippie. I had to work that night so I went directly to the bar after work. There I met up with my coworkers Alissandra (who was dressed up like a pimp) and Kandie (who was dressed up like a vamp). I joined them at their table and I had a few drinks with them.
The DJ Johnny was dressed up like Lindsey Lohan, wearing an orange prison jumpsuit, an ankle monitor, and a blond wig with some white stuff under his nose. Lol. There were lots of awesome costumes. The person who won the contest was a guy dressed up like a biker's chick. He was wearing a body suit that was bulky with huge boobies that had a leather tube top and a leather skirt with a red thong showing. People were actually putting dollar bills in his thong.
Anyway near the end of the night, I started talking to this guy named Jason. He had came with his boss. His boss was dressed like a priest and he had this thing that he squeezed that made a fake dong pump in and out beneath his robe. Jason was dressed up like a pregnant nun. They were both hilarious in their costumes.
Jason then invited to go outside for a smoke and I was like I don't smoke so he goes "Come outside and keep me company". So I did. We chatted for a little bit and before he left we exchanged phone numbers. Then we hugged and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. It was rather sweet.
We started to text each other. I don't know where it'll go from here, but I'm very happy. I'm hoping something will develop. Just gonna wait and see. 🙂
