No, that's not a misprint. I am currently attempting to wade through my day on absolutely zero sleep from last night. Not one second. As some of you know, I have some major issues with insomnia. As such, I end up oversleeping and messing up the next night's attempt at a regular sleep schedule as well. Last evening, I was so absolutely wired, I just decided to say "Fuck it! We're trying something a little bit different here." Stayed up all night, occupying myself with different projects. Not once did I actually feel the overwhelming need to crash.
Now before you say it, yes, I realize it's not exactly the smartest choice. Fortunately, I have done this one other time before with a good result, so I'm hoping for more of the same come sundown. I have nothing to do today so I can afford to be a zombie. By the time a normal bedtime rolls around, I should drop right off in no time. That's assuming I don't decide to get too comfortable, because then all bets are off. So if anyone notices me being a little loopier than usual, have pity. 😛 All should be well in due time.
