...Don't do it.
It's like starving yourself .. but on a whole new level. First of all, I had to replace 2 meals with that piece of crap cereal. Bleeeeh. You are supposed to do it for 2 weeks ... I only lasted 1. I am starting to see a difference ... but I know I can't keep this diet up. It's not very healthy anyway.
Anyone know any GOOD diet meal plans? Ones I can actually stick to?
However... exercising is going well! Ever heard of Turbo Jam? It's pretty much the most awesome workout DVD evaaaaa. Seriously. Charlene Johnson is an awesome workout instructor. The DVD really gets you pumped up and the 40 minute workouts fly by. I really recommend it!
I also do Yoga and another DVD called Ab Attack! with my sister. The instructor is annoying as crap .. but you can really feel it in your abs the next day.
And sometimes my sister and I will try Dancing With The Stars DVD workout. Every time we tried it we have fallen on our asses. Good fun, though. It'd be awesome to master ... but I think I would end up breaking my leg first.
When we get bored of our wonderful workout DVDs we will go for a run... well jog ... at a local park. Good stuff! 🙂
