today's title is a word that is very close to me. it is a word that I feel helps me along my way. This word is most important to me, because whenever I am in the middle of tickling my 'lee, this word sparks a few things inside my brain.
we'll start the most logical and conservative spark, which is "whether I should stop", and I usually will. "Stop" is the closest thing to a safeword when there hasn't been one established, and depending on the tone and the setting, can be a serious request. this is why I usually stop.
however, when we are comfortable together, when my 'lee says stop, the other spark that goes off is "wow, I am really in control now". I like this control. I still consider stopping for the sake of respecting the 'lee, but often the tone is more playful so I like to tease my 'lee. teasing with words and phrases such as "what?" or "no thanks" or "do you really want me to?". typically, the playful tone ensues and we can continue to have fun.
I will go on to say that I don't usually get the serious "Stop!"s because I take good care of my 'lees. I will say that I have been on the wrong end of a beatdown because of "overstaying my welcome", so lesson learned.
but man! when my 'lee is asking me to stop i a playful tone, it might be just as satisfying as the tickling itself! don't even get me started on "don't". "don't" might be even better, but I'll take up too much room on a page going into all the beloved phrases of 'lees.
Always be aware of what you are saying 'lees, because you might have your 'ler wrapped around your finger once you know what he/she likes...
