Well...gay prom sucked, to be frank. I already ranted about it to my twinny (Carsomyr), but I might as well repeat it here, too. For one thing, everyone was dancing except me! O__O All I did for about 4 hours was sit down at a table near the dance floor, drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water (think I overdosed, too), and just watched everyone have a good time moving to loud, strange pop music. Now don't get me wrong, I would've LOVED to dance, but...I'm just not comfortable doing it in front of people I'm not good friends with. And I only knew a few people there...and even at that, I didn't know them all that well since I only talked to them a few times at my LGBT youth group. 🙁 It was like a 4 hour nightmare...I seriously thought I was in a sort of gay hell. lol Plus, there were so many couples there it was insane! And this one lesbian couple kept making out in front of me...at the table I was sitting at. >.> I don't mind PDA as long as it's kept to just holding hands, caressing, and maybe pecks on the cheek or lips, but this was full-blown frenching. O.O And the thing was that I kept wanting to watch them out of strange curiosity, but since it seemed so personal and intimate, I felt strange doing it...so I tried really hard to look away. lol Talk about a socially awkward penguin moment. XD But the couple was really cute. The shorter girl was one of the drag kings and actually won the contest as best student king. She had this fake little goatee and mustache. 🙂 And I've just found out that the tall girl who was kissing her (who I found really attractive) is in fact a transsexual. 
Which is shocking because I didn't see any trace of maleness in her (except for her height and jaw structure).
AND WTF! I had just written a HUGE block of text for this blog entry and Firefox FUCKING SHUTS DOWN! Spyware? WTF? O.O fuckingschoolcomputersihatethem!!! So yeah, anything past this point will be a summary of what I wrote before. >.>
Anyway...yeah, my first prom ended up being very depressing. But as my twinny Carsomyr was telling me before, I took a great risk in attending a social event without a "wingman". xP I wish my brother could've come, but he was at the Philharmonic with my mom at the time. He definitely would've danced with me...he's always the one who does the crazy stuff with me when I don't have anyone else to do it with. And there were quite a few straight people at the prom, so it's not like he'd be out of place.
But enough of that negative shit. I only want to dwell on the positive things going on in my life and one of those is meh birfday this Friday!
I'll be going to Red Lobster with the fam because their bread is soooo good lyk oh meh gawd! 
: And not only does it mark the day I came out of the dark, but it also marks the very day I joined the TMF! 😀 So it's a nice little anniversary, as well. 🙂 OH, and I guess it also marks the time I realized I was a lesbian. XD Funny how that works, right?
And on Saturday I'll be attending my local LGBT youth group. I've neglected to attend meetings ever since September because homework has kept me so busy on the weekends that I haven't had the time to actually get out of the house. 🙁 But it's good. The meetings always have free food and candy.:
OH, and I'll also be going to the Tri-Fest sometime in April. For those who don't live in my hometown, it's basically a festival where three of the streets in the downtown area are filled with rides, games, and food booths.
I have many fond memories of the Fridays of my childhood where I would head over to the Tri-Fest after school, get a glimpse of friends, and have a blast! But now that I'm older, it just means that I'll be working at my church's cotton candy booth. XD I did it last year and it was actually a lot of fun. 🙂 I'll probably just hold open the plastic bags so Bob can stick the cotton candy inside and then hand said bag to my cousin to clip onto the clotheslines hanging inside the tent. I think my mom will be hanging out in the park behind the booth, too. I just hope she stays clear of the many Elvis impersonators.
And I have just 6 more weeks of school to suffer through and then Dobby is freeeeeee!
That means no more math classes for the rest of my life! 
And I'll actually get to focus on my major, which I consider to be the fun classes. 😀 But more importantly, it means that I'll finally be getting my @$$ to IU. I'll definitely take lots of pictures and blog all about it when I'm there. I heard that the campus is supposed to be really gorgeous all year round.
And the video that will conclude this entry will feature the song that's currently stuck in my head at the moment. It's "With Me" by All Ends...the final boss theme of the video game Sonic and the Black Knight.
