Most relaxing day at home.
I'm making home made hott hott chilli and icey glasses of Horschata. They compliment eachother nicely. I'm going to bake two banana loaves after this. Fun fun fun. I'm on this insane cooking spree because I'm kind of sick of being a lousy cook. There's a wicked app on my phone with over 100,000 recipes. I'm starting off with the easier stuff. For dinner tomorrow it's going to be beef stew with Swedish klimp and salad with this awesome vinagrette (saskatoonberry, lavender and white wine) It sounds a little odd, but when mixed with olive oil and made into a dressing, it's phenomenal.
I was telling someone earlier that if I ever went to a tickle gathering, I'd whip up an amazing dinner.
now I'm gonna take a break from that and hopefully go out to Brisco with my friend. We're going to go see the twin waterfalls there because they've frozen over for the first time. They freeze alot during winter but this time they've completely frozen over. It's the same at Lake Windermere, where the mouth of the Columbia river froze underneath the bridge for the first time. Weird, considering the unusually mild winter we've had this year.
