Today.. I got two big rounds of support, and one big riling.
I went to see my speech therapist, Beth, and my dad. (Seperately). Both of them were major support systems to me, as I face this huge meeting tomorrow.
When I got back to Forest Hills, I was sitting at lunch in TGIF. Keith, my supervisor, sent me a text, reminding me of "Our big appointment tomorrow, and to wear my best suit and tie". I know he';s my boss, and it's right to do that, but.. it served to rile me up more. If he knew anything about me, he would know I haven't thought about anything else since we got the appointment with them. Sigh! I just want to get one big account, just one, and see if that changes his demeanor toward me. I calmly told him that of course I know of our big meeting tomorrow, and I will be ready.
Nineteen hours. Sigh! I hope it will be the outcome I'm looking for.,
