A (by no means comprehensive) selection of the music which is currently making my feet tap and my head spin.
This (All is full of love) was the first song I heard by Björk, when I saw the music video directed by Chris Cunningham (of Windowlicker fame - see below). I recently found this remix and fell in love with it fairly quickly. The trance-ish feel doesn't seem to detract from the song, and much of the original shines through. The old adage, "don't fuck with what ain't broken" holds true sometimes, I guess.

State of mind have written a lot of tracks, or "choonz", in their time, but I recently added this particular one to my record collection.
Dancefloor filler? Perhaps, but as a means of filling the dancefloor, it works.

I had to throw this into the mix (pun intended). Anyone who can remix Japanese commercials this hilariously (albeit mind-numbingly, ear-bleedingly) well deserves a doff of my very tall top hat. Searching "Bubble-b" (or variants thereof) on Youtube can yeild some very interesting results.

Oh, heavens, what heathen riff is that atr the start? Dubstep's best take on a Metallica riff. 😀

More Dubstep, straight from the Diary of an Afro-Warrior. Metallica might sit at the Devil's right hand on account of their riffs, but this must be what it sounds like when Satan lays a large amount of cable.

Richard D James' masterpiece, set to a video directed by Chris Cunningham, unsubtly poking gaping holes in the lack of creativity spawned in countless MTV-generation music videos.
