So today has been an overall good day for me. 🙂
On the major plus side, with NEST a mere 3 days and 17.5 hours away for me, I felt it prudent to invest in a major sign to let everyone know where Team Canada can be found so I bought a flag... the flag which can easily be used as a cape. 😀 All I have left to do for NEST is to seek a new sport jacket and shoes with which to bring for the Saturday Dinner and have beyond, a new pair of sandals since our new puppy decided it loved mine too much, and pack for the flight. (DO NOT FORGET PASSPORT, DO NOT FORGET PASSPORT!!!! 😛 )
I really do hope I make a good impression on the people I meet and while I'm still a bit nervous about meeting all or most of you, I know I will have a good time. I'm all about the hilariously bad/dorky jokes, opening doors for all and giving awesomely big hugs.
