I just learned of some very bad news tonight.
I know that I've mentioned my dear best friend Adam on here through the years. Adam is the closest person to a brother that I have, as I am an only child.
For weeks, Adam has been complaining that he has not been feeling well. Adam said he is lethargic, tired, and does not feel well.
Last night Adam was rushed to the ER at a hospital in NJ near Adam's home, by Adam's parents, and another close friend.
Adam was found to have "Fluid buildup." around his heart.
I spoke to Adam this evening, and Adam said he is feeling better, and is expected to be in the hospital for a few days.
To boot, as if this was not bad enough, the Miserable Human Being T found this occasion which I was so scared for Adam, Adam's parents, myself, and Adam's other close friend.
Anyhow, T said.to me.
"Instead of being scared, why don't you, Mitch "Be Proactive" (T's favorite word meaning bullshit to just shoot his mouth off)
And Also.
"Be supportive to Adam" as if I'm not.
After breaking up with a girlfriend recently, T is now amused by another girlfriend.
Thus, it is time to avoid T and give him the heave ho.
Most important, I need to be there for Adam, and Adam's family.
Any thoughts and prayers for Adam would be appreciated.
