I went to my favorite place today. Yes, the casino. I'm entitled, with as hard as I've been working. I have not been there at all during the week because I work all the time.
When my parents used to go to Jai Lai or the track, their lucky numbers were 1, 3 6. I won with those a few times with Jai Lai in the 90s. Now, even though I use the racing form, I always bet those numbers once a visit to the track, regardless of odds, racing record, etc.
Today, I did so at a track called Woodbine in NJ. For whatever insane reason, I changed the bet to something else! Sooooooo... what does everyone think came in? The fucking 1, 3, 6, to the tune of $400! A guy Sean I knew had it, but I didn't. I was yelling every curse at the TV. I only lost a little bit today, but still. The moral./. never change your bet.
Now, its back to work. It was a nice break.
