I was a bad boy today, and went to my favorite place, Acqueduct. I've basically been grounded this whole week due to my illness, my dad's illness, and the extreme cold weather.
I started by winning $300 at a penny slot that I play all the time. Its rare to win $300 at a penny slot. As great as that was, the bad part was, that I only had one penny per line, or 30 pennies, loaded into the slot. The max is 5 pennies a line, or a total of 150 pennies, which, I found out, if I had loaded in, would have resulted in a $3600 jackpot. At that point it was still early, and I hadnt yet played even one horse race yet. When I did, I won many trifectas, and even though I tapered off a bit at the end, I ended up winning $250-300 for the day, which was a successful day. It was a nice belated bday present, considering all the problems this week.
Now if we could only get this extreme cold to go away.
