I spent most of the 2 hours there at the horses. I first won trfiectas of nearly $50, and nearly $60, which was enough to keep me going the way I like to play. Then, the big one kicked in.
Woodbine.. a track I rarely bet.. I bet the 1-3-5 combination trifecta box, with the 1 horse being a 13 to 1 odds. Sure enough, the thing came in.. to the tune of $127! I quickly took my cash, and hot footed it out of there. (I had to meet Barney, as we were on an agreed time.), I ended up winning $125 for the day. Nice little profit.
All I can say is. Thank You, Dad.
