Confusing statement for anyone who reads this?
No I have not lost my mind.
I'm going to explain it like this.
With all the stomach problems I'm having that are making the colonoscopy necessary.
Normally such an circumstance would have caused me to get so upset, as to cause me to have a massive seizure from aggravation, upset, fear etc.
No seizures, falls, migraines, etc.
I'm just trying to stay as calm as possible.
I was told by the GI guy and his staff that if I have any seizures or such within X days of the colonoscopy, it will have to be postponed , which would be the worst of all possible scenarios.
Thus, I'm trying to deal with each day as it comes, see what happens, and try to stay calm.
The actual procedure is still nine days away.
I'm not happy about needing to have it now.
However, the alternative of not having it, and what could be there that the Drs and me would not know about if I dont, is worse than the procedure itself.
I'm having a perpetual burning sensation in my lower stomach the last couple of days.
If this continues into tomorrow, I'll call the GI guy and tell them.
I wish they had a sooner time at the testing center so I can just get it over with.
Unfortunately, such is not possible so far.
Nine days. I look forward to just getting it over with.
Anything they might find when they do take it
I' m going to try not to think about that, unless it were to happen.
