Sick

My Dad and I are sick.

I'm not thinking clearly, and dont know if I should even post it, but since it is not controversial, I will.

My Dad had two separate operations on his back and shoulder this month

He is currently in bed, and just started physical therapy

I had my Botox shot yesterday.

Said shot left me with a thankfully only mild headache, but, I have significant nausea.


Hopefully things will get better soon.

Ouch, sorry to hear that Mitch. Hopefully you two can spend some time resting and recuperating. Just make sure you guys don't strain yourselves and take it easy, especially your dad.

Since last year, my Dad has had about six operations, not counting all of the ones he had in 2022 , 2020 and much earlier in time.

I have not seen my Dad since my bday on 1-23. We were supposed to get together, when his round of surgeries started.

I'm hoping to be able to see him on Father's Day.

My symptoms should get better within a week, according to my DR.

Right now my Dad is taking physical therapy, for about the umpteenth time. Hopefully said will help him

Thanks. Kurch. I'm having headaches, and my father is still having physical therapy, and is an 83 year old.. grouch. I think he believes because he's in pain, he has a right to get angry. I jujst try to stay calm, ignore his anger, and say that its his age, and his pain

I'm better, thanks. My Dad is still fighting it, and had an MRI on his shoulder today. Hopefully they will find out the source of his pain.
