recycle

question i can't delete files on my computer when i go in to recycle bin i click on empty recycle bin then i get a message saying confirm yes / no are you sure you want to delete these 12 items i click yes then i get this message comes up saying error deleting file or folder cannot delete...

I can't seem to find my recycle bin. I emptied it, and it vanished. I searched the entire desktop, but its nowhere to be found. I don't care if I never see it again, because I can still delete stuff, but now how do I empty it?... Also, if I could recover it, that would be cool. There's just a...
