So I work at the school newspaper and we have a section dedicated to "crimes" on campus. Mostly kids getting caught with drugs or alcohol or cars getting broken into or the like. But one in particular caught my eye: there was a guy who would go up to girls who were secluded in the library and tell them he needed help on an anatomy project or something and get them to take their shoes off and he would tickle them a little. Now I don't have any experience with this but I figured I would share it here. Maybe I need to do a little research in the files and get a name so I can "just happen to run into him on campus."

Yeah, there's been a lot of library-themed stories, both purportedly true and highly fictionalized,..... and including some of the anatomy project ruse. And the under-the-table visual world of a library can be distracting, eh?
