Ok, I lost that video, but no one of them was tickled on it. They just talked about it in Portuguese...
Alinne Rosa is a Brazilian singer and Luciana Gimenez is a really well known presenter and TV personality in Brazil...
Alinne is a fan of tantric massage and was explaining this technique on Luciana's program. The presenter asked for a demonstration and Alinne lightly ran her fingers over Luciana's arm. She removed her arm and said "This massage tickles, doesn't it?"
And Alinne said that, at her first time on tantric massage, she thought she wouldn't like it because it would tickle. But she didn't felt ticklish during it. Alinne then demonstrated it on a mannequin. And Luciana said "I'd have already hit you in the face, because that looks like tickling."
That was all in the video, but I couldn't find it anymore. I'll post a print of a site in which they were talking about it and also a frame from the mannequin scene. The paragraph is in Portuguese, but trust me because I've seen it all:
