Yes I am aware of that. They were to illustrate the sort of stocks I was asking the UK readers about. Regarding size of foot holes and accessibility. Perhaps Denver speaks a different English than the rest of the English speaking world, or perhaps it all got lost in the translation.
It's shallow attempts at belittlement like these which put the more regular contributors off posting.
Go figure it out.
