does anyone know what happened to the anime tickling manifesto? It's gone o-o

No idea if this is what you mean...but are you talking about the Anime Tickle Thread in the art section? I'm just stabbing in the dark here, no idea if that's really it or not.

Just googled it, it seems like it must've been deleted, i'm assuming you mean that extremely long choose your own anime girl writing thing on writing.com, which incidentally offered little other than just choices and barely anything except the laziestly written scenarios.

I wouldn't call it that lazy...Some of the posters were pretty imaginative.
(Writing.com has dozens of other tickling-themed interactives, by the way, some of them pretty enjoyable.)

I do have the FF7/Yuffie chapters saved on my PC if anyone's interested.

^Really, in all fairness there seemed to be something like a couple hundred entries and i just completely lost interest after the first twenty which seemed to be repeatedly ad nasuem the sort of writing i described earlier.
