Why dosen't he just kill cops instead.

BOTH the act of scrotum nailing and killing cops will recieve the exact same end: Authority will move mountains to put it down out of fear that somebody else will notice that authority is-and has- been gloriously over-stepping their bounds ALL OVER the world. Even in what the status quo would consider "civilized countries."

He might as well kill cops. It just makes more sense. It's not going to get better. Only worse.
