How's Arkham treating you?

Haven't really been playing .. W/Spawn school stuffs and some other work stuffs, I haven't been doing much video game playing. But I will get back to it.

How easily can you get a sugar rush?

I'm really unsure if it's possible due to how much caffeine I take in. LOL

Do you enjoy yourself when you're hyper?

I get more 'manic' than hyper.. & on a LOT of occasions, it's actually helped me get a bunch of chores done RLY RLY FAST. So.. YUP.

What are some foolproof ways you have to calm your body down, that aren't medicinal?

Breathing techniques.

Normally, if I have a bad enough anxiety attack, I drop down to the ground and put my head to the floor. At this time, my body is currently completely tensed up and I'm doing nothing but burning massive amounts of energy due to the adrenaline rush. The downside: I also feel like I'm about to die/have a heart attack.

Those attacks are the ones that normally come out of no where. There are others that are 'gradual builders'.

Anyways: Once this happens, if I am hopefully with someone .. I have them breathe with me .. which basically means, they TELL ME how to breathe: "Deep breath in.. deep breath out." -- This happens over and over, until the attack passes.

If I can't reach anybody -- I normally call a select few people and more or less gasp out "help me breathe" if they don't already pick up on the attack due to me hyper-ventilating before speaking.

It's a shitty break, and I don't wish it on anyone.

I don't feel there's a need for it to be illegal.

Cigarette smoking should be illegal due to it's harmful effects. -- Definitely would be a lot easier to have the desire to quit if that were the case.

What about all drugs?

Absolutely not.

Yes.

Was I tispy? No.

Drunk? No.

But I had a drink and drove. So.. yes.

Nope. We have been very lucky so far. I feel awful for all those in other areas of UNY and PA dealing with that. Stay dry!

How is your boy getting along in school?

He SEEMS to enjoy it .. but he's turning into a quiet little duck about talking about it. So I don't pry. And we talk more indepth in the evenings and at the busstop.. so it's little ways of me gauging how he's doing/feeling about it.

I think because it's such a HUGE transition from Preschool, that he's just trying to absorb it all and it might be overwhelming him a little bit. So when he gets home he wants to talk about his trucks and other 'at home' stuff, to try and reconnect with things in his life that haven't been altered like school has.
