But, to assure your customers, the burden of proof and onus is on you to make the disclaimer that all paperwork is on public file with the authorities. This protects them and they can feel confident purchasing your video. This is not about what you think you are doing, but rather, what the law requires, so everyone's ass is covered. Your priority is to assure your potential investors or purchasers.

Marley and Skylar are very receptive to suggestions and are putting out a really good product. It does have an amateur feel to it, however I think that makes them a little more enticing.
