Does this ever REALLY happen?

The idea of being buried in the sand and tickle tortured stirs up quite a few juicy fantasies but has it ever really happened? I mean it could never be done on a public beach, right? So maybe it happens on private beaches and we just never know about it?
Anyway it is one of my fantasties and probably one that will never come true. Darn it.

I would think it COULD be done on a public beach, and probably is, sometimes, even by non tickle types. Most people would see it as harmless teasing and clean fun... which, after all, it is! Most people at a public beach would just smile at the sight, not freak out.

It's only a movie . . .only a movie . . .

Hay guess what I found! I found a movie that features a beach tickling scene! When i was in F.Y.E. preordering LORD OF THE RINGS (it's for a friend!) I saw a movie in the Chinese Films section called BLOODY BEACH. It's a slasher movie but since I had never seen a Chinese one before I picked it up.
Well to make a short story shorter it isn't Chinese, it's Korean.
It's about a bunch of kids who go to a beach house for a weekend of fun. One of them is a mad killer out to avenge a friend who was expelled from their group and committed suicide.
Anyway, about that beach scene. Before things get all bloody there is a scene where one of the girls is buried in the sand with just her head and feet sticking out. We already know there is a killer on the loose so when this shadow falls across the buried girl we think it might be the killer! Well it isn't! It is just her boyfriend who proceeds to kneel beside her and tickle her feet!
The scene only lasts for 90 seconds but it is very effective and the girl acts like she is really quite ticklish.
So that is that. If you want to know who the killer is e-mail me, I won't spoil the surprise here.
